As your local Escrow company and independent Escrow Agent in the Coachella Valley, we are licensed and regulated by the State of California, Department of Corporations.

We are required to:

Be a California Corporation and abide by their laws
Carry a Fidelity Bond in the amount of $5,000,000 to protect account deposits
Be a member of the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation
Have an on-site escrow office manager with at Least five (5) years of experience as an escrow officer
Have 2 audits every year to ensure compliance with all state regulations and financial codes
Have all employees fingerprinted and have background checks on file with the U.S. Department of Justice.

We are members of The California Escrow Association, The American Escrow Association, The California Board of REALTORS® and the Chamber of Commerce.  All of our Escrow Officers are required to obtain and maintain a Certification of Escrow Officer and encouraged to obtain their Senior Certified Escrow Officer Designation.

We protect your clients interest and monies. We will assure all monies on deposit shall be paid and accounted for at all times.
